Terms and Conditions

Thank you for shopping with EcoBebes.eu. By making a purchase from our site you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

• All products listed on this site are described as accurately as possible and have where available, supporting images. The images aim to show the product as accurately as possible but there can be a slight difference in colours due to monitor calibrations. As commercial agents we only display the product information and images as provided to us by the supplier. Any discrepencies ultimately lie with the supplier.

• We hold a comfortable level of stock and aim to ship your product within 2-3 working days of receiving the order and full payment. Please allow extra time over bank holiday periods. Please see our Shipping and Returns section for further information.

• Delivery charges will depend on the weight of the goods ordered. Please see our Shipping and Returns section for further information.

• We always obtain a proof of posting certificate for all goods we despatch. On occasion packages may be delayed or completely lost in the post. If your package has not arrived after 15 days, please contact us and we will help you try and trace it.

• We aim to stock all products and only offer products for sale which are in stock. If however an oversight occurs where an item is sold but is out of stock we will notify you at the earliest available opportunity with an estimated shipping time or if you prefer a refund.

• If an item you wish to purchase is out of stock then please contact us for information regarding future availability. If you wish to place an order with us for an out of stock item then please contact us and we will endeavour to get the item to you. You will be required to pay a 15% non-refundable deposit, to cover any restocking fees we may incur if you change your mind on the order. Once the item is in stock the remaining 85% of the order value will be required before we ship the goods.

• If you open an account with us, it is your responsibility to protect your username and password.

• Payments are made via PayPal and we accept major credit and debit cards through them. PayPal offer a secure method of payment to protect both you and us, however we recommend you review PayPals terms and conditions before making a purchase through them. Any information you provide to PayPal is not passed on to us. We are not responsible for your PayPal transaction.

• If you prefer to pay via direct bank transfer then contact us for details.

• No credit or debit card details are stored in our system.

• In the occasional event of a product being faulty or damaged when you receive it then you can return it to us for a full refund. We will also refund any reasonable shipping costs involved.

• Please see our separate returns policy for information on the return of faulty or unwanted goods.

• All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered a choice of an alternative or a full refund.

• All goods remain the property of EcoBebes.eu until payment is made in full.

• We reserve the right to refuse supply of goods.

• By placing an order with us, you wil be providing us with your name, address, telephone number and email address. This data is stored in our system in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988 and will not be passed to any third party accept by law.

• All logos, images, text, copy, software and design of this site remain the property of EcoBebes.eu and may not be reproduced in any way without the express permission of us. Some product images and copy have been given to us by our suppliers and remain their property.

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any given time.

• These Terms and Conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.
