  
Shipping Policy
• We aim to ship items within 2-3 working days of receiving and processing your order. On the rare occasion that an item becomes unavailable or is unexpectedly withdrawn from sale, we will contact you to arrange an alternative item or refund.
• All our items are shipped via Correos with and are calculated on a very competitive weight-based system. You will always be informed of the shipping total before completing your purchase.
• We always obtain a proof of posting certificate for all goods we despatch. Allow 5-7 working days for the goods to reach you, longer if over a bank holiday period. On occasion packages may be delayed or completely lost in the post. If your package has not arrived after 15 days, please contact us.
• The package will need to be signed for. If nobody is available to sign for the package then a delivery attempt notification will be left in your mail box and it will be your responsibilty to arrange collection of the package.
• If an item you receive has been damaged in transit then please contact us in the first instance and we will instruct you as to the returns procedure.
• All our shipping costs are worked out on a weight based method and you will be given a shipping estimate at the checkout before paying for the items.
• For larger orders we may divide your delivery over several packages but they will all be shipped together at no extra cost to you and will be clearly marked 1/2 2/2 etc, so you know how many packages to expect.
• If you wish to receive an item quicker than our standard shipping time then contact us for delivery options and prices.
Returns Policy
• All goods are refundable or exchangeable if returned in their original condition, ie, unused and unwashed and in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase along with the original stamped sales invoice. Please write on the invoice your reason for return.
Returns should be sent to us at the following address:

• Unwanted goods must be in a re-saleable new condition. We cannot refund or exchange used and/or washed nappies unless faulty.
• Unfortunatley we cannot refund return postage costs except for faulty items.
• It is recommended to obtain a certificate of posting and adequate insurance to cover the value of your order for returns. We accept no responsibility for items returned to us which are lost in the post.
• When we issue a refund or exchange we aim to do so within 7 days but please allow up to 28 days for the process to take place.
• We will notify you via email when a refund has been made or when a replacement item has been shipped.
Faulty Items
Occasionally there may be a manufacturing fault with one of the items purchased from us. Generally repelling (or any kind of residue build-up), staining, leaking, wicking, normal fading and general wear and tear, shot elastic or size discrepancies are not considered manufacturing faults. Also if you have deviated from the specific care instructions set out by the manufacturer or abused or misused the product in any way then you will lose your right to return. It is at their discretion.
If an item is found to be faulty upon receipt or within 28 days of your purchase and it is classed as a genuine fault then you can return the item to us for a refund or exchange. Please contact us in the first instance to advise us of the fault and we will inform you of the returns procedure. You will need to include the original stamped sales invoice with the returned item. In the case of a manufacturing fault the item will be returned to the manufacturer for assessment before we issue refunds or replacements. You will need to allow time for this procedure to take place. Your return shipping costs will be reimbursed for genuine faults.
Please ensure used nappies are clean and free from stains before returning them. Nappies received in an inappropriate state will not be handled and will be returned to you at your expense.
Many of the manufacturers we use offer extra guarantees and warranties on their products beyond the usual 28 day policy, so you may be entitled to a replacement or repair after this time period. In this case please contact us and we will advise you of the returns procedure.
Fuzzi Bunz: snap defects - 18 months; elastic defects - 60 days; sewing/workmanship defects - 60 days.
Swaddlebees: all products are guaranteed against material or workmanship defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. This covers stitching and seams, elastics, or if any of the product's components come undone or unattached. Snaps are guaranteed for the life of the nappy.
Tots Bots: products are guaranteed against defects in materials and manufacturing faults for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Definition of a fault - an unexpected deterioration in the product that will shorten the lifespan or performance of the product. |
