To inform us of a faulty or damaged item or an impending return, to check up on delivery status of an order, or to clarify information on a product already purchased from us, eg, washing care instructions, please email aftersales@ecobebes.eu

Alternatively you can telephone us. You may need to leave a message but we will contact you as soon as possible. Our office hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday; 10am to 2pm Saturday; closed Sundays and bank holidays.
